The Affinity Constitutional Charter of Corporate Identity and Legacy is a foundational document, much like a national constitution, that formalizes the core principles and operational philosophy of the company.  

Our Charter is inspired by our Portuguese identity and global ambitions. It outlines a comprehensive framework for how Affinity operates, grows, and sustains its unique culture. 

The Charter is structured into 21 articles, each addressing a specific facet of Affinity’s corporate life.

  1. Ensures Long-Term Continuity and Legacy: A central purpose of the Charter is to “ensure its continuity in the very long term” and to establish a “legacy that transcends time”. It’s a testament to Affinity’s ambition to create an enduring impact, extending our values beyond current generations. The Board’s role as the “guardian” further reinforces this commitment to continuity. 
  1. Promotes Transparency and Accountability: By making its principles explicit, we enhance transparency within the organization. It sets expectations for responsibility and integrity in all operations and interactions.

This ensures that while its core values remain steadfast, the document can evolve to remain aligned with the desired future, demonstrating a balance between stability and necessary adaptation.

This charter enshrines the fundamental principles that guide our company and ensure its continuity in the very long term.
